FSD most likely will not be included, but the car is ready to run HW3 level FSD as soon as Tesla makes it available in Europe! Rumors are it might come to Europe by this years end or during next year. I think a HW3->HW5-Lite upgrade kit is possibly also going to be possible (to be confirmed!)

About the Import Tax:
I’ll always try to source your second-hand Tesla used from inside the EU customs zone, if you want it delivered inside of the EU, so there’ll be no import duty, but if only non-EU cars are available you’d need to add the import tax, it could be about €2000 for a Model 3 (made in Berlin) and roughly €2500 for a Model S (made in the USA), depending on your EU country. While you are talking with me about getting your Tesla, I will let you know if your car will need its import taxes paid or if I'm able to get you one where there won't be any additional import tax needed to be paid.
Model S Guarantee
I personally test-drive and inspect each car—often for hundreds of kilometres—before delivering it to you. While I can’t provide a formal warranty, I'll try to select only vehicles with a recent EU-wide roadworthiness certificate, solid service history, and, where possible, upgraded batteries and drive units (for the older Model S). In short: everything I do is aimed at handing you a well-maintained, dependable Model S with well performing free supercharging. I may also have gotten an expert mechanic to fix a few things on your car before I deliver it to you, if needed.
Model 3 Guarantee
Each Model 3 is thoroughly test-driven—often over hundreds of kilometres—before I deliver it to you. While I can’t provide a formal warranty, thanks to Tesla’s years of manufacturing and engineering refinement, the Model 3 is inherently more reliable, with fewer common issues than the older Model S. Even so, I aim to choose vehicles with a recent EU-wide roadworthiness certificate, a solid service history, and up-to-date components. My goal is simple: deliver a carefully vetted, trouble-free Model 3 you can drive with confidence.
Recommended Maintenance Fund:
With the age and mileage of these used Teslas, I suggest it could be a good idea for you to set aside around €100 per month, into your Tesla Maintenance fund, just to keep on the side just in case you will need to have this or that maintenance done regularly at your local car mechanic.
